The technician will work with you during 20-30 minutes to identify the cause of the problem and try to resolve it.
If we no longer need to send a technician on-site, you will pay the €49 after the video session.
If the problem can only be resolved on-site, you will not pay anything for now, and we will send a technician, and you will pay € 179 afterwards (for the video session and the repair at your home).
