Repairing is good for the environment and for your wallet. We only repair devices that are no longer under warranty.
Home repair - within 5 working days
A qualified technician comes to your home and repairs immediately on-site.
You pay nothing upfront. Optionally, we can conduct a remote video diagnosis to clarify the problem or preferably even resolve it.
If our technician needs to come on-site and can successfully repair your device, you will pay € 179 via QR code, debit or credit card.
If expensive parts are needed and you decide not to repair, you only pay € 69.

- spare parts excluded, when applicable (1 out of 2 repairs don't require a part)
Video repair
Book a video repair online.
With a remote repair from We.repair, you can quickly book an accessible qualified household technician who will guide you through the repair via video connection.
You will receive a link to make a video connection with a technician at the time you have specified.
The technician will work with you during 20-30 minutes to identify the cause of the problem and try to resolve it.
If we no longer need to send a technician on-site, you will pay € 49 after the video session.
If the problem can only be resolved on-site, you will not pay anything for now, and we will send a technician, and you will pay € 179 afterwards (for the video session and the repair at your home).
