Repairing is good for the environment and for your wallet. We only repair devices that are no longer under warranty.
Repairing an additional device during the same visit costs € 80. All amounts include VAT.
Video repair

You repair it yourself, but with a We.repair technician who supports you via a video connection.
With a remote repair from We.repair, you can quickly book an accessible qualified household technician who will guide you through the repair via video connection.
You will receive a link to make a video connection with a technician at the time you have specified.
The technician will work with you during 20-30 minutes to identify the cause of the problem and try to resolve it.
If we no longer need to send a technician on-site, you will pay € 49 after the video session.
If the problem can only be resolved on-site, you will not pay anything for now, and we will send a technician, and you will pay € 179 afterwards (for the video session and the repair at your home).

If our technician can successfully repair your appliance, you will pay €179. This amount includes all time, even if the technician has to return a second time to replace a part.
If expensive parts are needed and you decide not to repair, you will pay the on-site diagnosis fee of € 69.
You pay nothing in advance.
You will pay afterwards via QR code, debit or credit card to the technician.
