The technician determines the cause of the malfunction at your home. If you then decide not to have it repaired, this is the only amount you pay.

If the technician can repair the appliance, you pay €110 on top of the diagnosis. There is no time limit, and a second visit is also included.

You will never pay more than €179 for the repair itself. Parts are charged separately and the technician will inform you of that price in advance.

Repairing in a Brussels apartment or detached house
Repair in central Brussels is different from that in a villa district. We come to Brussels daily and take that into account.
No lift or a narrow staircase, is that a problem?
No. Our technicians work on-site and do not take your machine away. In the old mansions around the Louiza Avenue, in Ixelles and in Saint-Gilles, the stairs are narrow and sometimes spiral. There we simply disassemble the machine where it stands.
Where does the technician park?
He arranges that himself. Just make sure that the machine is accessible and that there is space to pull it forward.
My washing machine is in the basement, do you come there too?
Yes. Please indicate where the appliance is located when booking, so the technician knows in advance.
What we do not repair on a refrigerator
We are clear about this in advance, as it saves you a trip. We do not repair a leak in the cooling circuit or a defective compressor. The leak is injected into the foam insulation of the back wall and is unreachable. Locating, soldering, vacuuming, and refilling costs more than what the appliance is still worth, and there is no guarantee that it will work afterwards. We also do not refill refrigerant.
We do repair everything that is common: the thermostat, the fan, the door seal, the defrost heater, and the drain. If the technician determines on-site that it is the cooling circuit, the repair stops and you only pay the €69 diagnosis.
