At We.repair, we believe in honesty. A faulty device is already annoying enough; you don't want to be surprised by an unclear invoice. That's why we have fixed rates for our home repairs, including VAT and travel costs.
Fair Comfort Diagnosis (€69): If your device turns out to be irreparable or the spare parts are too expensive? Then you only pay a transparent diagnosis fee of €69.
Fixed Repair Price (€110): If the technician can repair it, you pay a fixed amount for the entire repair, regardless of how long our technician is working or how often we need to return for a specific fault.
Spare parts are extra: 50% of repairs are done without replacing parts. If it turns out after the diagnosis that a part of your device is faulty and needs to be replaced, the technician will inform you. Spare parts will not be installed without your explicit consent.
Chrono surplus (€50): For an extra €50, we will come to you within 24 hours or in the evening or at the weekend.
Extra Device Advantage: Do you have a second device that needs checking? For just €80 extra we will repair an additional device during the same visit.

Repairing coffee machines in Vilvoorde
We repair espresso machines of all brands (such as De'Longhi, Jura, Philips, Saeco, Miele, and Siemens) in our workshop in Vilvoorde.
You can drop off your machine during office hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and pick it up a few days later.

A washing machine that does not spin leaves you with soaking wet laundry.
The cause is often a blockage in the filter, which you can resolve yourself by unscrewing the filter and cleaning it.
The cause may also be worn carbon brushes in the motor. For this, you will need a technician.

Most common problems with dishwashers
If your dishwasher is not draining, in 9 out of 10 cases it is due to a clogged filter, a piece of glass blocking the drain pump, or a kinked drain hose. Often you can resolve this issue yourself in a few minutes.

Is your crockery coming out greasy or soaking wet? This is often the result of clogged holes in the spray arms, a lack of rinse aid, or a faulty heating element that leaves the water cold.

For safety, first unplug the appliance. A puddle of water in front of the machine often indicates a worn door seal. Is it leaking internally? Then the bottom sensor (AquaStop) kicks in and you will need a technician to seal the internal leak.

Washing with cold water does not remove grease. If the glass feels ice-cold at the end of the programme, your heat pump (heating element) has usually burnt out due to limescale, or the temperature sensor is faulty.
