We determine the cause of the fault at your home. If you decide not to repair it after the diagnosis (e.g. because the part is too expensive), you only pay for the diagnosis at €69.

If the technician can repair it, you pay €110. There is no maximum on the time. Even a second visit is included. You only pay this when and if it is repaired.

Even if the technician has a lot of work to disassemble the device and find and solve the problem. Replacement parts are not included. The technician will inform you after the analysis if any parts need to be replaced.

Miele - built for 20 years, worth repairing
Miele is the only white goods brand that tests its appliances for 20 years of daily use.
This is not a marketing claim: every washing machine undergoes the equivalent of 10,000 washes in the test lab before it leaves the factory. The result: Miele appliances last on average longer than any other brand.
That obviously comes at a price. A new Miele washing machine costs quickly between € 800 and € 1,600 or more. Repairing is almost always the wisest choice — financially and ecologically. A well-executed repair gives your Miele an additional 5 to 10 years of lifespan.
Miele itself places a high value on sustainability. Spare parts for Miele appliances are available for up to 15 years after production. This makes repairs technically feasible, even for older appliances.
Common Miele faults that we repair
These are the problems that our technicians encounter most frequently with Miele appliances:
- F11 — Water drainage — the most common Miele problem: water is not being drained correctly. The cause is often a clogged filter, a blocked drain hose, or a defective pump.
- F10 / F4 — Water supply — the appliance is not filling with water or is filling too slowly. First, check the water supply tap and the inlet filter.
- F15 — Water supply blocked — flow rate too low, often due to limescale in the inlet filter or a problem with the solenoid valve.
- F2 — Door problem — the door is not recognised as closed, or the locking mechanism is not working correctly.
- F1 — Temperature sensor — heating element or NTC sensor defective, water is not heating.
- TwinDos not working — automatic dosing system is not dosing or gives a message; often resolved by cleaning or replacing the dosing module.
- Bearing or motor problem — banging or grinding noise during spinning, typical for appliances older than 10 years.
