What is WeRepair?

We.repair is a repair service for electrical household appliances, carried out by experienced technicians.



Which devices do you repair?

We repair a wide range of household appliances: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, ovens, hobs, refrigerators, coffee machines, ...

We do not repair appliances that are used professionally (in a restaurant, dry cleaning, etc.).


Do you manufacture all brands?

 Yes and No! We.repair repairs most brands. Our mission is indeed to restore. Some cheap brands are difficult to repair or do not offer spare parts. Are you in doubt? Feel free to get in touch, we are happy to check it for you.


Where are you active?

 We are not yet active throughout Belgium, but we are continuously expanding. Check our Service Area page to see if we cover your region.


How do I request a repair?

You can easily book a repair online via our Booking Page or by phone at 02 615 45 20.

Making an appointment & Procedure


Here you may find answers to questions you have about making an appointment for a repair and how this process works.

 

How quickly can I get an appointment?

We usually offer an appointment within 48 hours. Availability depends on your location and the availability of technicians who can come to assist you.

We.repair always tries to send a technician from your area. We always want to minimise travel times, reduce the impact on the environment, and keep our technicians happy by allowing them to repair rather than having them drive around the country.


Do you also offer same-day repairs?

That can sometimes be the case, depending on the location and the availability of a technician. Please contact us at 02 615 45 20 for the options available.


How long does a repair take?

The majority of repairs take 30 to 90 minutes. If special parts are needed, we will order them and schedule a second visit. However, our experience is that in half of the visits, no parts are required and the technician can resolve the issue during the first visit.


Do I need to prepare anything before the technician comes?

Yes. That helps our technicians immensely. Please ensure that the device is easily accessible and that the surrounding area is clear. Also, preferably note down the model number of your device and provide it in advance during the reservation, or email it afterwards to hello@we.repair.


Does the technician have the right parts with him?

Our technicians have the most common parts with them. Less common items are ordered and installed later during a follow-up visit.

What does a repair cost?

 We hanteren transparante, vaste prijzen voor herstellingen. Dit geeft je zekerheid. Je weet immers zeker dat de prijs van de herstelling niet duurder zal uitvallen omdat de technieker langer heeft moeten werken.

At We.repair, you only pay the chosen price once the repair is successful and the device is working again.

For more complex problems, you will first receive a clear quotation.


Do you have a travel or diagnostic cost?

The travel and the time for the diagnosis are included in our fixed price for carrying out the repair. We do not charge any extra time or costs for travel and diagnoses.


What if my device cannot be repaired?

Most devices can be repaired. However, some parts are expensive. The technician will inform you after the analysis which part needs to be replaced and what the cost of the part is. If it is an expensive part and you decide not to proceed with the repair, We.repair will not charge you the full price of a repair.


How can I pay?

You can pay the technician with your smartphone (by scanning a QR code) or with your bank card after the repair has been completed. We do not accept cash.


Do you provide a warranty on repairs?

Yes! For every repair, you receive 1 month of warranty on parts and labour. If your device has worked well for 1 month, this indicates that the repair was successful and the underlying issue has been addressed.

Do you also sell spare parts?

 Yes! Although this is not our core activity, we can also supply individual parts for DIY enthusiasts. Contact us for availability.


Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Of course — please let us know at least 6 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.


Do you also offer maintenance services?

Yes, we offer maintenance and checks to keep your devices in top condition. You can find the rates on our pricing page.


Are your technicians certified?

All our technicians are fully trained and have years of experience in repairing household appliances.
