Cause

The water supply is blocked or hindered

Solution

• The end of the drain hose may be too high. Check that the maximum lift height of 1 m is not being exceeded.
• Remove kinks or loops from the drain hose.
• Check the water pressure. There should be approximately 10 litres of water (1 bucket) coming out of the tap per minute.
